The Dallas Theater has both an orchestra (main) level and a balcony. The 0rchestra level seats 370 and the balcony seats 190.
No, all ticket sales are final. If we have multiple performances of the same show, we will do our best to exchange your tickets for a different date/time.
Yes, the Dallas Theater has ADA seating. We have 4 ADA seats (there is no actual seat but a space for a wheelchair) as well as one companion seat with each ADA seat.
If you would prefer to transfer to a regular theater seat we have space to park chairs, walkers, etc.
No, the balcony is only accessible via stairs.
No, restrooms are located in the Theater lobby.
If your child is younger than 2, they may sit in your lap without a ticket. However, children 2 and up must have a ticket.
The Theater seating starts with row “A” which is the closet row to the stage. The rows then follow the alphabet back with the last row furthest from the stage being row “Y.”
The balcony is seated the same way but with double letters (AA) to differentiate the balcony from the orchestra level (A).
Unfortunately, due to the size/design of our historic theater, we do not offer concessions other than bottled water.
Bottled water is the only food or drink allowed inside the Theater.
